Conservation Lab
Kay-Nah-Chi-Wah-Nung will preserve, present and protect our history.
The Conservation Lab at Kay-Nah-Chi-Wah-Nung will help preserve the physical pieces of history which remain from the archaeological sites. The lab will serve as an artifact cleaning and cataloging area, as well as a storage area. Currently, more than 10,000 artifacts are housed in the conservation storage.
The lab area can also be set as a classroom space, so that school children and adults alike can learn the meticulous details of conservation and preservation.
